Every great customer journey starts with one campaign.

Email isn't hard.
Building campaigns alone is.

If you’ve ever stared at a blank screen wondering where to start, questioned whether your campaign is good enough, or wished someone could review your work before you hit send, you’ve found your people. Hi!

The Inbox Studio is where business owners, freelancers, and marketers build purposeful email campaigns together. Through guided challenges, monthly campaign sprints, expert feedback, and a supportive community, you’ll stop collecting ideas and start launching campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and move business forward.

Everyone arrives with a different goal.
They stay because they finally have a place to build.

No two people join The Inbox Studio for exactly the same reason.

Some are business owners who know email could be doing more for their business but aren't sure what to send next. Others are freelancers, marketers, or agency owners who want to confidently offer email as a service without feeling like they're figuring it out as they go.

Over the years, I've worked with businesses of all sizes and across just about every email platform you can imagine. One thing has remained true: the platform is rarely the problem.

The hardest part isn't finding another tutorial or downloading another template. It's turning an idea into a thoughtful campaign, knowing you're headed in the right direction, and having someone you trust to ask before you hit send.

That's the experience I wanted to create.

The Inbox Studio isn't another place to consume more content. It's a place to slow down, think strategically, build alongside other people doing the same work, ask questions without feeling judged, and leave each month with one more campaign you didn't have before.

01

THAT EMAIL YOU KEEP MEANING TO SEND?
LET’S GET IT OUT THE DOOR.

SOMEDAY TO SENT CHALLENGE

You know the email.

The one you’ve been meaning to send to your list, your customers, your leads, or your clients. The one that keeps getting moved to “later” because you’re not sure where to start, what to say, or whether it’s good enough to send.

That’s exactly why I created Someday to Sent.

In this 5-day challenge, we’ll take one email out of the someday pile and turn it into something you can actually send. You’ll start with a simple structure, customize a ready-to-use template, run through a practical QA process, and see that email doesn’t have to take days, weeks, or a full spiral to get out the door.

This isn’t about becoming an email expert overnight.

It’s about proving to yourself that you can build, check, and send an email with more confidence than you had when you started.

02

YOUR MONTHLY SPACE TO PLAN, BUILD, REVIEW, AND SEND. Build better emails without building alone.

THE INBOX STUDIO CIRCLE

Email has a funny way of always needing attention.

There’s the welcome email you meant to clean up, the promo you need to send, the follow-up that keeps getting pushed back, the onboarding touchpoint that would save you time, or the “we should really email our list” moment that somehow turns into three weeks of overthinking.

That’s what The Inbox Studio Circle is here for.

Each month, we gather around one practical email focus and work through it together — not in a “here’s another thing for your to-do list” way, but in a “let’s finally make this easier to move through” way.

You’ll get strategy, templates, feedback, QA support, and space to ask the questions that usually keep you stuck. Bring the messy draft, the half-formed idea, the client request, or the email you know needs to exist but haven’t quite figured out yet.

By the end of each month, you’re not just sending another email. You’re building one more intentional touchpoint that can use to welcome, nurture, convert, retain, or re-engage the people who matter the most.

03

WHEN YOU'D RATHER HAND IT OFF THAN FIGURE IT OUT.

THE INBOX STUDIO RESIDENCY

Let’s be honest—sometimes your business doesn’t need another tutorial. It needs the email.

Whether you’ve been meaning to build a welcome sequence, refresh an onboarding experience, promote a new offer, or finally create the follow-up emails your customers have been missing, there are seasons where it simply makes more sense to have someone else build it.

That’s exactly why I created The Inbox Studio Residency.

Think of it as a collection of thoughtfully designed, done-for-you email packages built around the moments every business eventually faces. They’re strategic, intentional, and designed to support the customer journey long after they’re sent.

No open-ended consulting engagement. No wondering where to start. Just focused solutions that help you strengthen customer relationships, create more meaningful touchpoints, and build a business that communicates with the same level of care you put into everything else.

Kind Words From Past Learners

"Your expertise is invaluable and really helps me a lot in having the confidence to find the right customer that impacts both of our businesses - I wouldn't have been able to do it without your programs. Much appreciated for all you share!"

OUR PASSION STATEMENT

At The Inbox Studio, we believe email is one of the most overlooked opportunities a business has to build trust. Not because every email leads to a sale. But because every email is a chance to welcome someone, answer a question, follow up, celebrate a milestone, share something valuable, or simply remind a customer that there's a real person behind the business.

That's why we care so deeply about helping people build better emails.

Not prettier emails.

Not more emails.

Better emails.

The kind that strengthen relationships, create memorable customer experiences, and support businesses long after the send button is pressed. Whether you choose to learn the craft yourself, build alongside our community, or hand it off to us when life gets busy, our goal is always the same: To help businesses communicate with more intention, more confidence, and a whole lot more heart.

Hi, I'm Nikki Barry

I’ve spent the last 15+ years helping businesses create better customer experiences through email. My journey started as one of the first 20 employees at Pardot, where I helped write certification exams, train customers and partners, and watched some of the world’s biggest brands build their email programs from the inside out.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside more than 400 businesses, overseeing the delivery of more than 4.5 billion emails, and earning a front-row seat to what makes email work in the real world.

Working with hundreds of businesses taught me something I wasn’t expecting. The software changed. The industries changed. The goals changed. But the conversations didn’t. Almost everyone had an email they’d been meaning to send, a customer journey they wanted to improve, or a touchpoint they knew their business needed but kept putting off because they weren’t sure where to start or if they were doing it “right.”

That’s when I realized people didn’t need another course, another collection of templates, or another expert telling them what they “should” be doing. They needed a place to think strategically, build with confidence, get honest feedback, and finally turn good intentions into meaningful customer experiences.

That’s why I built The Inbox Studio.

A place where you can ask questions, build alongside others, make mistakes, learn from them, and leave with something tangible that strengthens your business, supports your clients, or simply gives you the confidence to hit send. It’s everything I wish I had 15+ years ago.

Whether you’re here to finally get that email out the door, sharpen your skills, or hand something off when life gets busy, I’m genuinely glad you’re here.

Let’s build emails your customers will remember, and experiences they’ll want to come back to.
